On November 12th we loaded onto a bus and set out for Shaker Lakes Nature Center! It was a snowy day, but that didn't stop us from learning about living and non-living things. We engaged in a lesson, and then went for a hike where we could discover living and non-living things outdoors. We even got to come back inside to touch a snail (a living thing!), and eat our lunch (after washing hands, of course). We had a great day exploring the great outdoors!
